Terms of Service

Accepting These Terms

These terms apply to Bluesky Video Downloader (bskytool.com). By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Responsible Use

Use the service lawfully. You must not:

• Download or reuse media without ownership, permission, or another lawful basis.
• Infringe copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights, including through unauthorized sharing or commercial use.
• Bypass access controls or technical protections, or try to retrieve private, deleted, or restricted posts.
• Evade rate limits, overload or disrupt the service, or violate applicable laws.

Service Disclaimer

The service is provided as available and as is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee successful downloads, a particular quality, or the accuracy and availability of third-party media.

Limits of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Content Rights and Copyright

Media rights remain with their respective owners. A public post is not permission to download or reuse its content, and this service grants no license to third-party media. You must confirm a lawful basis for each download and intended use. Send copyright concerns to [email protected] with the relevant post link and details of your rights.

Availability and Changes

Access depends on Bluesky, media sources, and other providers. We may limit, change, or discontinue features to maintain or protect the service. These terms may be updated on this page with a revised date; review them before continuing to use the service.

Third-Party Links and Services

Links and advertisements may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, and we do not control their content or practices.

Independent Service

Bluesky Video Downloader is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Bluesky. Bluesky names and marks belong to their respective owners and identify the platform supported by this tool.
